Chris Mobility Africa Ltd is a premium chauffeur-driven tour and transport company headquartered in Denu-Tokor, Volta Region, Ghana. We operate private tours, airport transfers, executive transport, nationwide Ghana travel, and selected cross-border services across West Africa.

We collect the following personal information only when you interact with our website:

• Booking enquiries — name, email address, phone number, country of residence, travel dates, guest count, and any message you include.
• Contact form — name, email address, subject, and message.
• Payments — payment transactions are processed by Paystack. We do not receive or store your card details. We only receive a payment reference and amount from Paystack after a successful transaction.

We do not collect data passively (no tracking pixels, no behavioural analytics beyond standard server logs).

• To respond to your booking enquiry and confirm availability
• To process and verify deposit payments through Paystack
• To send you booking confirmation emails and your travel booklet
• To reply to contact form messages
• To contact you about your trip if needed

We do not use your information for marketing unless you have separately opted in.

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (a cloud database service hosted on AWS infrastructure in Europe). Access is restricted to authorised Chris Mobility Africa staff only.

We retain booking and contact data for up to 3 years for business record purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

We share your information only with the following third-party services where necessary to operate our business:

• Paystack — to process deposit payments (your email and amount only)
• Resend — to send transactional emails (booking confirmations, contact replies)
• Supabase — secure database storage
• Cloudinary — image hosting (no personal data shared)

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Our website stores a single preference cookie (cma_currency) to remember whether you prefer prices in USD or GHS. This cookie contains no personal information and is not used for tracking.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for communications at any time
