Terms and Conditions

Chris Mobility Africa – Executive Chauffeur & Private Travel Services

  1. Service Type

Chris Mobility Africa provides chauffeur-driven transportation and private travel services only. Self-drive vehicle rental services are not offered.

  1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed between the client and the company.

  1. Payment Policy

All payments must be made strictly through the official company payment channels provided by Chris Mobility Africa.

Accepted payment methods include:
• Bank Transfer
• Mobile Money (MoMo)

The company does not accept payments to personal accounts of drivers, staff, or third parties.

  1. Service Duration

A standard chauffeur service day covers up to 12 hours from the agreed pickup time unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.

Additional hours beyond the standard service duration may be charged as overtime.

  1. Fuel Policy

Fuel costs are not included in the service rate unless otherwise stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.

Fuel responsibility begins from the vehicle dispatch location and ends when the vehicle returns to the company base.

  1. Driver Accommodation

For multi-day trips, the client is responsible for providing suitable driver accommodation or covering the agreed accommodation cost.

  1. Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for their luggage and personal belongings during the trip.

While the company will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering items left in the vehicle, Chris Mobility Africa cannot be held liable for lost, forgotten, or damaged personal belongings.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may attract cancellation charges. Deposits paid may be partially or fully retained depending on the circumstances.

  1. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Chris Mobility Africa will make every effort to ensure punctual service. However, the company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, road conditions, border procedures, or other circumstances beyond its control.

  1. Cross-Border Travel

For cross-border services within West Africa (including **Togo, Benin, and Ivory Coast), clients must ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and required travel documents.

  1. Conduct & Safety

The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger behaves in a manner that compromises the safety, comfort, or security of the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.

  1. Company Information

Chris Mobility Africa is a private mobility and travel services company providing executive chauffeur services, airport transfers, private tours, corporate transportation, and cross-border travel across Ghana and West Africa.

Additional Service Policies

  1. Trip Changes After Booking

Any changes to the itinerary, travel dates, or service duration after confirmation may result in additional charges, depending on the new arrangement and availability.

  1. Driver Meals & Welfare

For long-distance or multi-day trips, clients are expected to ensure reasonable meal arrangements for the driver or cover the associated cost.

  1. Vehicle Substitution

Chris Mobility Africa reserves the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle if the originally booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to operational or technical reasons.

  1. Reduction of Service Duration

If a client decides to shorten the number of service days after the trip has started, the company may not be able to refund the unused days because the vehicle and driver were already allocated for the full duration of the booking.

Any refund or credit will be at the discretion of Chris Mobility Africa.
